I got an email from Gail and Richard Ellis today. They said they sold their house in Jonesboro. The closing is at the end of the month and they will be moving back to England in early November . I know they (andtheir mince pies) will be missed very much. Richard brought such joy to the events we have. He’s the only one with a really authentic Brit accent to be sure and his smile, humor and exuberance is contagious. Gail’s friendship is deep and lasting and she always brought an interesting viewpoint to the camp and conversation to all her friends.
I know I speak for everyone when I wish them all the best in their new home in Ludlow. They said they will be back when the new museum is open. I hope it will be sooner. Good luck and farewell; it isn’t goodbye.
